Current Public Posture
Status dashboard
Latticra is an early-stage, contract-first systems architecture repository. This dashboard summarizes the current public posture without replacing the detailed status records.
Status Record
Last public status update: May 27, 2026 CDT.
The authoritative records are the root status file, the detailed current-status record, and the latest mathematical estimate rebase. This page is a navigation and summary surface for GitHub Pages readers.
Posture
What is present, guarded, and not claimed.
The project is deliberately conservative: evidence and no-effect reporting come before operational authority.
Foundation and records
Public identity, foundation contracts, strategy notes, status records, security policy, and documentation entry points exist.
No-effect implementation slices
C invariants, constrained C++ authority planning, Lat/LIR reporting, Nucleus records, Runtime Boundary reports, and Seal metadata surfaces are represented.
Host-facing workflows
Ubuntu, Fedora, local package, Panel, Console, and macOS planning lanes remain narrow, local, and explicitly bounded by status records.
Production authority
No production runtime, hardened sandbox, Fedora approval, Ubuntu archive readiness, root authority, network authority, OS replacement, or production security certification is claimed.
Workstreams
Current public lanes at a glance.
These are summary lanes for orientation. Follow the linked records for the exact current posture.
Lat / LIR / L-UI
Parse, validate, lower, diagnose, and report. No language or LIR execution is claimed.
Language overviewKernel / State Lattice
Compiled C kernel identity, state machine, lifecycle summary, and subsystem reports keep external effects denied.
Kernel overview Kernel lifecycle statusBoot Preview / SeaBIOS-GRUB
Compatibility is safe by absence: fixture manifests and preflight records exist, while QEMU execution, boot artifacts, and production OS claims remain blocked.
Boot preview boundary Boot-preview evidence contractNucleus / Runtime Boundary
Task-boundary and runtime-boundary reports remain denied-by-default and report-only.
Runtime overview Runtime boundary contractLatticra Seal
Tool-boundary metadata, request freshness, signed request, policy decision, and dry-run surfaces remain no-effect.
Seal overviewPanel / Console / Nadia
Local workbench, profile, prompt-plan, and offline AI planning lanes remain explicitly non-runtime and non-authoritative.
Workbench overview Panel overview Console overview Nadia overviewUbuntu / Fedora / Packaging
Validation lanes are local and evidence-oriented. They do not indicate Ubuntu archive readiness, Fedora approval, or distribution readiness.
Packaging overview Validation overview Installer readiness Updater delivery gate Fedora readiness Ubuntu readiness openSUSE readinessSecurity Posture
Safe testing and non-claims are explicit. The project is not a production containment or malware-prevention system.

Local checks preserve the no-effect posture.
These commands are orientation examples for local readers. The detailed status and scripts remain the authoritative references.

Estimate Rule
Planning estimates are not product-readiness metrics.
The public estimates are planning aids. They are not release promises, operational capability claims, security guarantees, certification claims, or deployment-readiness statements.
