Offline AI Planning Lane
Nadia is Latticra's future offline AI companion lane. Today she is a local, contract-only planning surface with Stage-40 metadata and no model runtime, inference, tool execution, source mutation, or network authority.
Current Rule
Nadia makes future AI capability inspectable before it becomes operational. The current lane records local context metadata, runtime profile metadata, prompt-plan evidence, protective-safety boundaries, tool preflight denials, tokenizer contracts, and prompt-evaluation result release contracts without evaluating prompts or running a model.
Name, local component identity, Panel install surface, Console command map, and offline-first posture.
Context packs, runtime profiles, and prompt plans are generated as metadata before prompt evaluation.
Systems mode, productivity ledger, protective boundary, tool preflight, and prompt contract remain no-effect.
Model registry, inference readiness, runtime invocation, model load, prompt receipt, and handoff stay blocked.
Tokenizer, artifact, token sequence, context-window, input, runtime handoff, and invocation contracts exist.
Result, review, disposition, release, release-receipt, release-receipt-review, and review-disposition contracts record future evidence requirements without creating results.
Status Snapshot
These fields are the public posture to keep in view when reading any Nadia record.
Boundary
Stage-40 records a future prompt-evaluation result release receipt review disposition release receipt review lane. It does not create release-receipt-review records, record review decisions, record review findings, apply review dispositions, sign receipts, read model output, or record generated text.
Local identity, context-pack metadata, runtime-profile metadata, prompt plans, safety reports, tool preflight reports, tokenizer contracts, and Stage-40 release-receipt-review-disposition-release-receipt-review-contract metadata.
Model loading, prompt receipt, prompt materialization, prompt evaluation, runtime invocation, dialogue generation, token generation, inference, tool execution, source mutation, training, and network use.
A future release-receipt-review disposition release contract must name release shape, denial fields, safety inheritance, operator review gates, and non-claims before any promotion.
Design Commitments
Nadia's contract lane keeps human dignity, local evidence, and authority denial visible while the implementation remains non-runtime.
Context packs are operator-invoked and local. The current lane does not grant network retrieval or silent source reading authority.
Prompt plans and contracts can describe future evaluation shape, but prompts are not evaluated and result records are not created.
Safety and awareness restrictions are prerequisites, not afterthoughts added after model behavior exists.
Tool preflight is report-only. No shell, network client, source mutation, credential access, or destructive action is authorized.
Local Commands
These commands should be read as metadata and contract checks, not as model invocation or prompt evaluation.
