This record does not implement production runtime execution, effect execution, capability enforcement, production cryptographic claims, signing authority, host behavior, network behavior, MCP behavior, AI agent execution, model execution, tool execution, shell execution, production readiness, public-readiness promotion, security hardening, or runtime authority.

## Purpose

This record updates the live public estimate table with a closer mathematical planning estimate after the 2026-05-27 pushed evidence expansion.

The estimate remains conservative because much of Latticra is still guarded, local, report-only, or evidence-intake work rather than production runtime behavior.
