## Summary

Nadia is the selected name for Latticra's future offline AI companion.

The name honors Nobel Peace Prize laureate Nadia Murad and anchors the system's future capability in human dignity, survivor-witness respect, community awareness, and harm-aware development.

Stage-0 creates the bounded foundation only: component identity, Panel install metadata, embedded Console status metadata, local install paths, CLI shim planning, local configuration, and a deterministic guard.

## Current Claim

Nadia now has a Stage-0 Latticra-native offline AI foundation. She is visible as an optional Panel-installable component and as a metadata-only Console/CLI status surface.

This does not mean Nadia can run a model, generate code, execute tools, train herself, mutate the repository, use network access, or provide production AI capability.

## Next Stage
