## Boundary

This slice adds a deterministic metadata point after runtime-entry
user-mode-resume declaration while preserving the denial of post-resume
observation, instruction pointer reads, stack pointer reads, CPU mode reads,
user-mode resume, resume frame commits, syscall exits, interrupt returns,
scheduler execution, runtime entry, hardware effects, and host effects.
